This is the *easy* way to make them. Am I a bad mommy because I didnt grow the veggies in my organic garden, hand raise the chicken and make the dough from scratch!?
What you will need:
1 packet of pizza crust mix
1 cup of peas
1 cup green beans
1 cup of carrots
2 cans cream of potato soup
2 can fulls of milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 chicken breasts
Add your favorite seasonings
What to do :
Boil the chicken in water until it starts to fall apart, then dump it in the crock pot. Keep 1-2 cups of the water it was bioled in and put it in the crock pot.
Add the veggies. You can add more or less depending on your taste.
Add the cans of soup and milk, stir until lumps are out.
Wait for it to boil.
In a separate mixing bowl, mix the pizza dough with the amount of water it says on the back. Most packs say 1/2 cup or 1 cup of water. You can add your favorite seasionings to the dough. I tend to add a little tiny bit more water then is called for because the mix is typically dry. Use a teaspoon to make the dumplings, and just spoon them into the mix. Do not stir it, but you can gently move the dumplings around if you need to make room for more.
