What are you having tonight?

ETA

Heart attack casserole is elbow macaroni, with cubed ham, broccoli, and a cheese roux then covered with tater tots. Organic of course ;)

Eater's Choice. The trash goes out tomorrow morning, so tonight (Thursday nights) I clean out the fridge. lol. We had spaghetti last night, and it was good, so I'm going to have some of that.

Because DD has been an unholy terror all day, DH offered to treat me to something nice. Once I wrestle her down for bed, we'll see.

In my current state of being, though I'd LOVE to eat at your house for dinner tonight, I'd have to call that Heartburn Casserole. lol

I've had the worst day of my life so far.

Your casserole sounds awesome. I want that. I'm coming over for dinner.

Finger foods! I'm too tired today. I spent 3 hours chasing loose horses, and then repairing a fence. It may not be the healthiest dinner, but it's food!

Roast chicken, roast potatoes and roasted squash. LOL I have to work today so I didn't want to dirty a bunch of pans and I needed to cook something that was low maintenance. The chicken and potatoes are in together, the squash is in another pan.
