After working for the company for 20+ years and them knowing I have been a medical marijuana user for about 5 they decided that they wanted to drug test me. They were just looking for a reason to fire me and to hire a new and younger person (they already have she is fresh out of school. I will miss my coworkers but fuck it I cant believe they are such dicks they knew I was only going to be working for another 2 months.

Are you prescribed marijuana? How is it legal for them to fire you if you're taking it while under the care of a doctor?

If its prescription then you have a law suit.

Having my medical marijuana card does not protect me from getting fired

Employers don't have to allow inebriated people to work for them, no matter the reason.  If you're under the influence of anything you are a liability to them.

Um don't buy it. A legal Dr prescription prevents you from being fired.
