So I guess I'm crazy...sigh...

I had some blood tests done to check a few things, my thyroid included. I have a lot of symptoms that were leading me to believe I had hypothyroidism. My tests all came back normal (yay!) but they are thinking I have depression and anxiety. I go to the counselor tomorrow for my first visit. I guess I'm crazy and it's all in my head. :/

That is not something to take lightly. Depression causes real physical problems.

I am sorry your having issues.

BtW....did they check your vitamin D level?

This makes sense as depression can be a symptom of thyroid issues.  I don't have any thyroid issues but I am on 100 mg of Zoloft 1x daily and for me it has been a game changer.  Good Luck!

I have a follow up appt on the 30th. They said they were testing "everything" so I'm sure they did, but I'll find out exactly what they tested.

I was in your exact same boat 7 months ago. Paxil has changed my life. I thought I was very sick (thyroid and other things, so did my doctor) It was all anxiety and depression. Good luck momma!
