A healthy bread that is YUMMY! I love it so much! It gives you the taste of bread, without so much quantitiy (But doesn't make you feel deprived of it.) It also taste BETTER in my opinion.

For 2 of the pieces (To make a sammich) it's

  • 100 calories
  • 10 calories from fat
  • 1 gram of total fat
  • 0 cholesterol
  • 170 mg of sodium
  • 21 carbs
  • 5 grams of fiber
  • 2 grams of sugar
  • 5 grams of protein

So, CM, is it approved lol? Or is there something bad about it that I've missed?

Of course there is something wrong with it. It has flax. Flax that an illegal immigrant probably picked from a flax farm that mistreats the illegal immigrants. And the illegal immigrant probably didn't wash his hands after shitting in the flax field.

Enjoy your filthy sammich!!!!

Anyone that can't properly spell and say sandwich, needs not worry about nutrition, but about basic grammar and spelling.
