UPDATE::

Thanks for the input. I talked to my dr and she said to get a warm bath drink some
Water and see if they subside. If they stay the same see her in the morning. If they get worse to go in. :)

With my first I never had contraction #1. He was 10 days late.

I'm due end of October I am 35 weeks today. Usually if I get contractions I can lay down drink water and it go away. Dr. told me to go in if it's over six an hour. I really don't want to go in just to be sent home because it's nothing. I'd prefer she bake a little longer.

For the last three days I've had diarrhea (sorry TMI) on and off today I've had contractions I never cared to count them because in my head I'm only 35 weeks so it couldn't be. I had them around lunch and then they quit for couple hours now I've had them again I decided to start counting. Currently they are roughly 7 to 10 minutes apart. They also are around my flank area to the top part of my stomach. Not incredibly painful but some more than others.

I'm not getting into it but I had a section with ds and will have one this time too.

What would you do hold out or are go in??

Personally I would hold out. If your water breaks or they don't stop (or if they get closer together) In a few hours, call your Dr.

I would go in. If it is labor the sooner u go in the better chance u have for them stopping it.

If you drink water and rest, do they get better? Being dehydrated or if you've over-exerted yourself, that can cause braxton hicks contractions, which are usually more painful in subsequent pregnancies.  If you have concerns, call your doctor or go in. Sometimes it's better just to get seen and then sent home, just for peace of mind.
