Pooping in the pants

Dd has done it once at home and twice at school this week and I'm done.

Next time she does it, she is getting punished.

At home she will get sent to her room and no screens for the day.
If it happens at school, instead of them changing her, they are going to call me, I'll come get her and she will not be allowed to stay.

I'm so over the poop in the pants.

Yes because punishing for bathroom accidents is appropriate. Have you tried taking her to the doctor?

No, why would I take her to the doctor? She has been pooping in the potty, she know what to do, she is just a stubborn little ass.

My kid did that when he was backed up. Give a double dose of miralax, clean her out.
Then after each meal at home, straight to the potty. Start making her clean herself and she will be over it. I dealt with it, and it's awful.
Hang in there!

IDK,,because kids dont poop their pants at school because it brings them positive attention from their peers?

Are you sure it's a good idea to punish for that?  My dd had wetting issues before, so I understand how infuriating it can be.  Her doctor and everything I have read on the issue discourage punishment.

Punishing her may do more harm than good. Be patient with her. Her little body is trying to figure out how to work.

She's. 5. Old enough to know better.

Does she hate school or something?
