Since school started its been cooler here anyways. My DD5s teacher has told my DD she cant wear her boots to school. She isn't wearing snow boots to school these are just regular boots. My DD has told me a few times that her teacher said she can't wear them to school. I wrote a note to her teacher that no where in the handbook does it say the kids can't wear them. Her DD is in my son's 2nd grade class and she wears boots!

On the days DD has gym she has sneakers on or has them in her backpack so its not like she isn't wearing the right gym shoes either.

My DD today and her the other day.

What would you say now after you reminded her that its not in the handbook?

Update*** When we went to open house last night. I asked if I could speak with her about my daughter wearing her boots to school. She said come speak with me before you leave. So when we went back to speak to her after the art and music teacherds went through their class and activities they will be doing. Went back to the classroom and she wasn't there! ! So I plan to just talk with the principle about this.

Update*** page 33 its not just the purple boots here also another pair of boots. Like said DDs teachers DD is in my sons class she wears boots to school and dresses very similar to my DD. Teachers DD has a pair of boots like my DDs the purple ones but in black. She is singling out my DD and a couple of other little girls. Two of them live where I live and another little girl that is friends with my little girl. Not sure if it I s because they are all friends or what but this is kinder and no reason for this. Everyone loves my little girl, she is well behaved. Her teachers in head start (same school now though) all loved her. A lot of the kinder teachers knew her before she went to kinder. She is my youngest and was with me at all school functions and because her headstart classes were at the elementary school.

Thanks. They are flats and I don't feel they are mature not like they are 4in heeled hooker boots that go up her thighs lol.

Email her again and if she does not respond do it one more time and copy it to the principal as well letting her know it is your third attempt to resovle the situtation.
