It's to late to go to urgent care and my doctor is closed tomorrow. Thursday I began to notice a sensitive to the touch spot behind my left ear, it's basically where my skull is. It hurts to lay on it or even have something lightly touching it. I do wear glasses they are proper and have been checked by my eye doctor they do not touch near the sore area.

Any ideas. I'm up instea of sleeping because it really hurts

No I do not clench or grind my teeth. No ear infection. This is more like where earlobe meets skull

It's probably a pimple.
