What degree do you have?
How long have you been an RN?
How much do you make?
What are your days/hours?
What kind of RN are you-where do you work?
How do you like your job?

Any tips or suggestions you can give me?!? :o)

Thank You!!!!

I'm an RN with a diploma

5 years

I'm currently job hunting, but expect to make at least $30/hr base pay

Not sure, but I've worked 12 hour shifts (7p-7a) my whole career this far (3 nights a week)

I'm an ER nurse, hopefully will be able to remain there. I started off on Med/Surg

I do! Well, I like the ER, anyway. I don't know that there are many other places I'd be happy, truthfully

I found working as a CNA while I was in nursing school was really wonderful experience, and helped me a lot when I made the transition to being a nurse.

Associates
8yrs
About $29/hr
I work 0.4 evenings
I work in Tcu/post acute/short term rehab (whichever your area calls it)
It can be very physically and emotionally draining, which is part of the reason I only work part time now but I love my job.

Oh and like a pp said working as a cna while in school was a great help. It's a great intro to nursing and gets you comfortable with all the close personal contact you have with people

I have a BSN and a MSN. I am (mostly) a SAHM, but I work per diem about 10 hours a month at a pediatric urgent care. I make $62/hr. roughly. I have worked at this urgent care for about a year. Prior to that, I worked per diem on call at a local hospital. I made $40/hr.
