Oh such dramatics over a stupid nightgown.  She could not find the one she wanted and she is being overly dramatic.

Its amazing my kids made it to adulthood, I wanted to hurt them so much. LoL

Once the oldest was throwing such a fit, I lost my temper and threw a body spray bottle at a wall, and it actually stuck in the wall, made a hole, right above her head. We tease each other abour it all the time.

I threaten mine with a sock in the nose all the time.  they're 4 and 6 and well versed in the fact that regardless of their transgressions, they are not actually going to actually get said sock in the nose.

I have two 5yr olds... one of them has sensory issues with clothes...  her meltdowns are epic...  I totally feel for ya

At our house when my girls were Pre-Teens and Teens bedtime can come anytime after supper.  It depends on behavior.  Show out, it is bedtime NOW!   It kept them pretty good...mostly.
