What keeps you motivated when working out?

I love my shape, but I still look pregnant from my daughter I had five months ago. Everytime I start exercising and eating right, I fall off the wagon. What keeps you going when working out?

My body. Seriously. If I fall off the wagon and even gain 1 or 2 pounds, it throws everything off. I like my high energy and the only way to get it is to work out every day.

I'm still trying to louse a few more pounds so I think of what I'm gonna look like if I keep it up I also allow myself one day a week to eat something not so healthy I don't go crazy and pig out I just might have a pop or some kinda treat it helps so I'm not craving it all the time

I want to get better at Kenpo and that requires excellent physical strength and endurance.


I just envision tournaments and belt rankings and trophies and that's enough for me :)
