Sticking to this has been fairly easy. My fatigue is GONE! Week 1 weight loss = 5.7lbs. Week 2 weight loss = 1.7lbs.
Total lost = 7.4 lbs.
So, I'm doing this challenge called the Whole 30 Challenge. My husband and I are using it as a jumpstart to better diet habits. Anyway, it cuts out all processed foods. No gluten or grains at all. No dairy. No added sugars or sweeteners of any kind. A limited amount of legumes. Pretty much the only allowed beans are green beans and snow peas. Nuts and seeds are okay, but limited as well. All clean foods. There will be some things we will reintroduce after the 30 days is over.
We have completed 2 days and it hasn't been too bad. We are going through some withdrawal symptoms, but we are hanging in there.
I need accountability, so I am talking about it everywhere.
If anyone has any good recipes that would be compliant, I would love them.
