If the puppy is young enough to still need milk she needs to get a milk replacer but she might try wet food. I doubt breast milk would hurt the pup but I can't see being the best choice either.

Yes. That would be fine until you see the vet. Then you can get puppy formula or wet puppy food mixed with warm water. You can also do the meat baby food mixed with warm water if you have some on hand.
well I guess. but goats milk will work well as will the puppy formula you can buy at walmart(at least my walmart has it)
