what proof do you have that you were born in this country?

A birth certificate? Social Security number?

It just amazes me that people are still stuck on the Obama birther lunacy. (Yes, I'm referring to a poster in another post this morning, but I see it often).

If all I had was my birth certificate and my word that I was born here in the US, would you be demanding further proof? Isn't that all that the majority of people have to prove where they were born?

What further proof are you looking for?

The problem is some people are stuck on thinking his birth certificate is fake.

Having a birth certificate and social security card is the only proof I can think of, and have for myself.

I was thinking the same thing. Do you really think he would have made it this far in government if there was any doubt?

That's all I have too and I agree. Plus, he had to turn in his documents in order to run. Do we not think the FBI does their research?

Yep, those are all I have. If people still don't believe me, well, not much else I can do.

I wonder if my birth certificate looks fake. It's not an original, that was lost a long time ago. I totally could have Photoshopped it.

I have my legal birth certificate, my hospital birth certificate, and my SSN. =)

What Obama birth lunacy? I don't watch much TV. What did I miss now?

With a government as corrupt as this one yes it is totally possible. You just have to align yourself with the right people. I am not saying I think it is fake just that it is possible to make it this far even if there is doubt

He is a citizen because his mother is no matter where her was born. I am not an Obama fan. In fact, I can't stand the man. However, he was born in the US.
