My 4 and 5 year old dd's LOVE their cousins' bunk bed. So dh and I decided to get one for them for Christmas. However, Santa can't really leave a bunk bed. There's just no way to put that together over night...After all, it's going in their room where they'll be sleeping. Should we just make it from Mommy and Daddy? Or can you think of a way for it to be from Santa?

Is it flat pack or all in one?

If its flat pack, wrap it up and write a letter, saying he left it like that because he knows you, parents, like puzzles....

If it's all in one, do a letter with pictures, saying it was too big and the elves are delivering it later.

Do you have a garage where you could hide it?  If so, I would get a huge box, wrap it, and put a letter inside from Santa saying he couldn't fit the bunk beds down the chimney, so he left them in the garage.
