Since when do they require vocal authorization for you to make an online order?! Ugg. I don't check the e-mail I use for them very often so it would have been really nice to know this three days ago when I placed this order! And they have my number so why couldn't they have called me I wonder..

Think I just might demand a quicker shipment since I was expecting this stuff to be here by Thursday and now it has been delayed.. Just irritating you know?
