ST JOHNS WORT really helps me. Vitamin D and Omega 3 also helps with depression.

Me too girl, and I won't do antidepressants. I need to exercise, it's a natural cure. Do you do it?

I have had clinical depression since I was 12 (56 now)  I went to therapy, everything - the only thing that worked was when I Was put on meds - (when I was 12 they really didnt have the meds they do now and had different treatments for it)

 I suffer.  I read an article recently that says that that shit doesn't work.  If it does then that makes me happy.  Good luck with your depression and your natural remedies for it.
