i am just buzzed enough to answer what I think.
The child is biologically that of the original man, his appearance has changed, not his dna.

DNA doesn't change, just the appearance.

Well since you can't use the hair from someone who is currently under the effects of the potion to make another poly potion of the person they appear to be, you can only assume that the DNA hasn't changed, only the appearance. Therefore the baby would be by the true person, not Whoever they look like.

Poly juice just changes your appearance, not your DNA. Crouch Jr still had his own mannerisms, he was disguised as Moody but he was still himself. Ron and Harry's voices didn't change in book one so you know the changes are external therefore a woman would not produce sperm.
