You are not allowed to see my kids.

Last trip, my kids got into a car accident, saw their Grandpa choke a woman out, and were not allowed to speak to me the entire week they were gone. Every trip is bad but that was the worst.

More worse than that, I found out little by little other things.

Grandpa wants to take them after Christmas. I have never told anyone no - ever. What should I expect? Can he take me to court? Can their father take me to court? Should I just start building a case?

Their father could.  The grandpa not so much.  Yes start gathering proof just in case so your ass is covered.  Is there a court order in place right now that says who gets what holiday?  If not you should be able to say no.  But start documenting things just in case dad does court.

If it's your time that Grandpa wants then no one can take you to court.  If it's Dad's time and you are refusing because of Grandpa then Dad could take you.

I'd tell them all to get bent and see them in court.

Yeah grandpa can try to take you to court they do have rights. Father can take you to court also just depends on the writing in the custody agreement.

I want Dad's visitation supervised at this point. He has two domestic charges and three DUIs. The family is a wreck.

Unless dad is in jail or something else that makes it impossible to see them then most likely Grandpa can't take you to court.

I will have to look over the papers. I am so done with this family at his point. I want to scream.
