She really doesn't get why he is upset?

My neighbors husband is deployed. Last year they bought a fully loaded minivan. It was what she wanted for the two kids they had. This past weekend she traded it in on an Impala. Without talking to her DH. She got screwed too. They saw her coming from a long way away. They put a lot down on the van. Her payments are now higher than what they were for the van and she got way too little for the van.

well first of all, I don't think they can cheat military.  her DH's command will be able to get her out of a bad car deal. .

but I'd be pissed too.  That's kind of a big decision!

Yikes, I'd be upset, too! Why did she trade it in, did she say?

He was stupid to put the van in her name and/or give her POA to be able to trade it in.

Which is why I don't do transactions like that without my husband. He's an expert negotiator.
