I am making two new dishes for dinner and I know the kids are most-likely going to fight me on it.

Cherry glazed chicken and avocado potato salad.

I really want to try different things and I am so tried of making the same non- exciting crap for dinner.  new dishes don't go over big for the kids. Plus dh is not home for dinner and it will be just me eating it. :(

what 's for dinner, ladies?

That blew up fast! i was making the dinner.

So all the kids ate it!!! I cant believe it and even one of them asked for seconds on the potato salad. he is not much of a meat eater, i still consider it a success.

So i dont get in trouble for passing out recipes the potato salad is

Dishing It Up Disney Style Copyright 2011 Disney Enterprises, Inc in consultation with Lilly USA LLC.

2 tablespoons of light mayonnaise

2 celery stalks. sliced

Cook potatoes till tender in water with have the salt. drain and let cool

combine all other ingredients except celery in food processor.

mix it all together when done.

That sounds really good, I would make the kids ramen and eat it all by myself. Haha, joking.

I am making pork chops, veggie orzo with parmesan cheese, mashed potatoes( cause the little one doesn't eat orzo) and a salad.

If your kids won't eat it, send it my way :)

We're have white chicken chili, made for the second time in a week because it turned out so well over the weekend. And brownies.

We are having breaded pork chops and fried potatoes. I wouldn't make a second meal, if they don't eat it they can go hungry, but that's how my kids were raised and know it.

I wouldn't blame you kids on that...but I don't like cherries, and I don't like avocado.

Tonight I think will be Sonic... yep not the greatest food but I can't cook tonight I've been sick and throwing up all day. I probably won't even eat. :(

Pork roast with homemade dinner rolls.  I don't and have never made second meals.  Most people are always commenting on how they are amazed at the meals dd will eat.

My kids would love that! We had grilled chicken and grilled veggies (mine was jalapeno, the kids was just salt, pepper, garlic, and onion). We were in a hurry form being at the eye doc ALL DAY!

Post the recipe for the salad?

I'm not sure what I'm having for dinner, but the husband is sick and will only be having rice and broth.

I made smothered pork chops, crispy smashed potatoes and green beans.  Pumpkin pie dump cake for dessert!
