I've got a 2006 Toyota Sienna that u bought 2.5 years ago. Well its at 104K now and I'm thinking it may be best to trade in now before miles get much higher as I'm about to begin a career which requires a lot of road traveling. Was a little disappointed that when I entered in info online it wasn't getting very close trade in value to what I owe but I can always make up the difference. Also it needs a bearing replaced and I'm wondering if I should do so before trading in or not? One dealer said no but I hate it to drive down the price more than it would to just fix it?

Any advise?

Your best bet would be to pay it off, sell it privately and buy something new.

My concern is that in the economic slump my area is experiencing ill never get it sold privately, its still worth about 9K easily.
