Is this for real? Don't want to get overly excited.
I joined a gym last month. I paid for 2 personal training session then went on my own. I haven'y been watching my diet much(but I don't eat too bad anyway) and have been going on average 4 days a week.
My routine is 30 minutes of cardio with my heart rate above 125, then do three sets each on 6 machines.
When I started I was 173. For the first time since I started I decided to weigh myself in the ladies locker room. 162 it says! It it possible that my work is paying off? Or is the scale in the locker room off? :/
