Is it true that no matter how much money you make you can get covered under state/federal insurance to cover your pregnancy?

I think You'd have to pay to get state insurance. Based on your income.

No. Unless your particular state has something like that, that's generally not true.

I think in some states yes if you don't have insurance of your own.

I have no clue I have to pay for insurance for a family of 6. Maybe go to the website for your local assistance office. I know a few people who got free state ins while pregnant so it may be true but I don't know.
