When we found out we were pregnant with our son and I had to get Medicaid we were determined never to be on government assistance again.

While pregnant, my hub put his degree to use and we moved 350 miles from family. We found a small apartment and started our life from almost nothing. We had our son and immediately switched from Medicaid to insurance through hub's work.

We have been very fortunate and had decided not to have any more children. Now we really can't have any more.... vasectomy for him and a hysterectomy for me!!

Any responsible adult would. However I've noticed many PA recipients are immature and have no clue how to manage their finances.

*If you read my post and there are mistakes in my spelling or grammar please note that I never learned either in school and I am currently learning them now. If you see a mistake POLITELY point it out and I'll be more than happy to correct my mistake. Here's a fun little siggy for your enjoyment. *

Yes, you stop until your finances are stable and you can afford your own expenses. It makes no sense to purposefully have another kid that you will then need more help to pay for.
