The person who hacked the EBT system to cause it to still work, but have no limits, should be facing some major fines. (In no way should the people who took advantage be excused. They stole and knew it. )

It wasn't hacked.

But I do think those that took advantage should be held responsible. I am ashamed to say I live here.

Um, yeah, I was told yesterday by a GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL(not a ouija board) that it was just a glitch, He said that they would make an example of one or two people but they could not get them all.

So why did it work at all? Why would it be that only the dollar limit was inaccessible? This seems like something a person would do to cause problems.

idk if the states does this, but if you get an overpayment here, they will take a percentage off of each cheque until you pay it back.  Seems like some Americans should be paying back.

I still cant believe walmart expected people to just keep their limits in mind. The people that stole are totally to blame. But come on... They have loss prevention officers for a reason.

It's called a glitch. Technology has them all of the time.

Actually if a person receives more than they are entitled to they have to pay it back before they can get more.
