Yes and yes.  I spent several years caregiving and I had to be up almost all night for that.  But once that was over....my ability to sleep and just flown the coop at some point.  Nothing has worked to change it in almost ten years so I finally just gave up trying and decided to go with it.  It's weird and has it's drawbacks, but I do the best I can with it.

Quoting PollyPockette:

insomnia?  weird sleeping pattern?

Quoting Pink.Frosting:

I'm always awake at this time.  I don't even start to get sleepy until 3am.

11:50pm here, just finished changing sheets on my 7 year old nieces bed, and changing her. Poor kid peed in the the bed, it's a bummer she hasn't peed in her bed for almost a week.

It's almost 2am. I usually get up at 5:15am to swim. Doubt if that is gonna happen tomorrow.

I'm feeling a bit guilty right now. For multiple reasons.

I live probably not too far from you - well if you're north, if you're south maybe not. Anyway I'll probably go to bed soon, I don't consider before midnight as anything unusual. I like to relax after the kids are in bed.

Lol, yeah thanks.  But it's a bit too far gone for that.  Believe me, I've tried it all.  It simply is what it is at this point.
