Am I being unreasonable? I kind of feel like a jerk...

New girl has worked 3 nights. For those three nights I have driven to work and shown her how to do paperwork (I've even left highlighted sheets with clear instructions.) She just texted and asked if I'd be in to help her tonight. I told her to call me when she was ready to do paperwork, and I'd walk her through it over the phone. She then got all offended and said she'd call someone else. All of my other co-workers live too far out to even consider coming down for 20 minutes (it'd take them longer to get there.) I'm not trying to be a bitch, but it's my day off (as have been the other days I've gone in to help.) I really just don't want to go in. I offered to help her over the phone :-/

Am I being unreasonable here?

No If she needs the help then helping over the phone should be enough.  If it were me I would greatful for your help.

No, you're being extra nice offering to help her over the phone after showing her 3 times already.

I wouldn't help her after that. She sounds ungrateful.

No. She should be smart enough to be able to follow instructions over the phone.

How do these people are getting hired. You showed her how to do it 3 time and she has the instructions and she still needs you help. WTF?
You should not feel guilty, she should feel stupid.
