I had a baby a couple months ago. i had one before that and went back down pretty much right after he was born without doing anything. well, not this time. I'm fat now. i have nasty ass back fat. my only problems are my noticable stomach and nasty aick and gross back fat. i saw my back in a picture last night and wanted to puke. i want to lose it and lose it fast, there isnt too much so it shouldnt be that hard. what happened to those 30day ab posts? i breast feed and that didnt help i dont think. what did u guys do to lose the fat after having your babies? someone help me here before i hate myself.
