They're a bunch of cocky jerks who are mean and shady. Buttttt, it's the best local public school - it's number two in the state.

Do you like your kids' district? Why or why not?

We live in Polk County FL. Worst school district I've ever encountered. My kids go to private school.

Pretty good district, but I wouldn't mind them being in a smaller district.

No because they are sketchy with the budget.

I'm not a huge fan of our state's public schools in general. Our district is one of of the better ones, though.

We choose to not utilize public school.

I am a Home Schooling, Vaccinating, Non spanking, Nightmare Cuddling, Dessert Giving, Bedtime Kissing, Book Reading, Stay at Home Mom. I believe in the benefit of organized after school activities and nosy, involved parents. I believe in spoiling my children. I believe that I have seen the village and I do not want it anywhere near my children. Now for the controversial stuff:  we're Catholic, we're conservative, and we own guns (now there's no need to ask, lol).             Aimee

Hate it. Our district is in trouble over test scores. They are also getting rid of special ed classes, so every child is full inclusion. Even the violent ones who constantly disrupt the class. That shall be interesting.

Ours is OK now, but two years ago it was such a mess that the state took over and got rid of the superintendent and school board.  It was embarrassing.
