Luke 6:28

Easy-to-Read Version (ERV)

28 Ask God to bless the people who ask for bad things to happen to you. Pray for the people who are mean to you.

Luke 6:28

21st Century King James Version (KJ21)

28 Bless them that curse you, and pray for them that despitefully use you.

Luke 6:28

Amplified Bible (AMP)

28 Invoke blessings upon and pray for the happiness of those who curse you, implore God’s blessing (favor) upon those who abuse you [who revile, reproach, disparage, and high-handedly misuse you].

No matter how it is said, it all means the same thing. Above is 3 different translations of that verse.

No matter how it is said, it all means the same thing. The King James version says
bless those who curse you, and pray for those who spitefully use you.

The Living bible says

Pray for the happiness of those who curse you; implore God’s blessing on those who hurt you

Quoting Anonymous:

"bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you."

I know. I posted that for other people that might look at that and wonder "What did I just read?"
