My ex is court ordered to pay 508.00 in ,CS so he hasn't been paying, and they put a garnishment on his check, well he got letter stating that a bench warrant would be issued if he didn't pay, (paper work,is so slow) he hasn't payed the full amount in 7 months, so he sent out 508.00, before he realized they took it out of his pay, so I get paid twice, he wants me to wire half the money back to him. I know I should! But I could really use that money to help with winter stuff and food. What would u do???

You owe him nothing...he owes you. I would keep it. Your kids have been going without let him feel what it is like to have to go without.

If he's behind then keep it. He owes you anyway, you owe him nothing.

Keep it. Obviously the kids aren't his priority and God knows how long it will be before you get another check.  His screw up, he can deal with it.  Not your problem.  Glad you got some money out of him.
