gluten free diet

I need to go gluten free. I don't know how I'm going to do it. Cooking is hard enough for me cause I hate it. Plus I found out I have to give up soda. I drink at least 6 cans a day.... How in the world am I going to do this? Anyone have any cheap and easy recipes?

can you switch to club soda? that would give you the feel of thecarbonated soda without all the nasty crap.

I can't stand club soda. I'm just going to drink bottled water. Thanks though. I am more worried about the cooking aspects. I love eating things like noodles and breads and crackers. I just found out that my favorite cereal is not gluten free nor is grape nuts but I can't stand yogurt without it.
I feel doomed!

Not drinking 6 cans of soda daily will save you A LOT of money.

Google is your friend. They make GF taco shells, bread, and pasta. And 1 to 1 GF flours are available in many grocery stores.
