Two loaves of French bread

I was given two loaves of French bread, they have to be used right away and frankly the only things I know how to make with French bread are garlic bread and garlicky cheese bread.
Can I please get your best French bread dinner ideas?

If you don't mind breakfast for dinner, French bread makes really good French toast.

Cut them lengthwise and put fresh spinach, slices tomato, sliced fresh more tells, and a drizzle of lemon or olive oil, broil until toasty and enjoy!

Or make a nice soup and serve it as a side.

Or...sometimes I get loaves of French bread and make huge sandwiches for dinner. Usually we do chicken club sandwiches.

Cut in half length-wise  and lightly coat with oil and Italian seasonings.  Bake until golden on top, remove.  Add all your favorite sandwich toppings to the bottom, or meatballs and marinara.  Delicious and filling sub sandwiches!

If you can't use it ALL right away, cut one into cubes, toss in olive oil and your favorite dried seasonings.  Place in single layer on a baking sheet and broil on low until turning golden.  Give a good stir, arrange into single layer again, and broil for another 30 seconds to a minute until other side is golden.  Homemade croutons!
