My dd is going to be a little mouse for Halloween, she is 10 months old and I wasn't sure if it would be okay to put a little bit of costume makeup on her, just a little on her nose and cheeks

I am pretty sure that it won't hurt her.

If she's not prone to reactions to lotions, shampoos, detergents, etc, then a tiny little bit should be okay - just keep it away from her eyes and mouth and fingers :)

Should be fine. I would test a small amount today just to be sure she doesn't react to it.

She should be fine.

Test a little spot to see if she might have any allergic reaction to it, but I've put costume makeup on my children before and they loved it and never had any issues.

at first i thought that said she was 10 not 10 months lol (read to quickly)

i used an eye liner pencil to draw wiskers on my son when he was a lion for his first halloween. he was like 6 months. he has VERY sensitive skin and he was fine.

They have recipes for homemade face paints so you could be sure what was in it?

I don't see a problem. Maybe test a small spot to make sure she's not sensitive.
