I took my 2 year old to his checkup and he's 35" tall and 32#... she said he's overweight! I'm trying to add pics but my phone isn't cooperating


Eta: he was 7# 3.25oz at birth, his daddy (my husband) is 6'4" and 220#. Ds has broad shoulders, he's stout.

Any pedi who relies solely on the BMI chart for deciding how fit a child is is worthless to me. I would be finding a new doctor.

Your child does not look over weight. I was told my 2.5 yr old has failure to thrive because he is 36" and 25 lbs. SMH
