Of course I believe that women deserve economic, political and social equality. Of course, though, we are all but there now.

I respect the early goals of the movement, but I think it has gone too far.

Yes, this.  But modern feminism isn't even JUST about women and the equal rights and treatment that we still are fighting for.  From what I've seen, modern feminism is about everyone's rights.  Including some things that affect men, like the idea that they have to  be a certain way to be considered a "real" man.  Ideas like "real men don't cry", "boys don't wear pink", and the fact that so many things that are supposed to insult men are really just insinuations that they are like girls.  Things like calling someone a "sissy", a "pussy", or saying they cry/hit/etc like a girl.  And yet positive things are equated with masculine ideas.  Doing something courageous or bold takes "big balls".  You have to "man up" and get things done.  Etc. And the problem that not fitting into the societal expectations of your gender is treated as something so awful. Like little boys that wouldn't be allowed to pick a "girls" toy or enjoy trying on a dress if that's what they wanted.  Those things won't necessarily make them feminine, and they damn sure don't turn anyone gay, but there are still so many people that think that way. Yes, women are getting closer to equality, but there is still so much that needs to change...

This is a lot longer than I intended...  :\  lol.

Pro women's rights, but I'm against man-hating.
