How would you feel if...

Your adult children came to you with their spouses and said that your daughter was going to carry a child for your son and his husband? Would you be accepting with a light heart, heavy heart, or not accepting at all? Why?

They're adults. Its all up to them and how they feel.

I would be accepting of it..the son and his partner deserve a child just as any other couple.. If that's what they wanted to do, why would I judge?

I think it's a wonderful gift that the siblings really care for each other

Going to be honest, I wouldn't like it.

Well, if I had daughters and this happened I'd have my reservations and concerns. Probably voice them, if asked. Same as if a daughter was a surrogate for some stranger couple.

But as long as all parties were in agreement than so be it....they're adults after all.

I would tell them to think this through long and hard. There are things that can go wrong, it can be hard to turn a baby over etc.
