Thinking about moving to Colorado... give me info! :)

Dh and I are thinking of moving to Colorado. We have two young boys that won't be attending school so school district doesn't matter.
What areas (towns/cities) are good?
Are there any parts of CO that don't get a ton of snow?
What's the median income from where you're at?
What's the price range for a nicer 3bed/2 bath house?
What is the cost of living like?

Thanks!! :)

Colorado is beautiful. I grew up there and miss it. Denver doesn't get a lot of snow. I LOVED living in Estes Park. The cost of living is more on the expensive side but it's worth it for all the beauty there. Colorado springs is nice as well and the zoo is awesome.

I lived in Colorado Springs as a kid. It was a nice area. Beautiful thunder storms. Plenty of snow. The subdivision we were in was really new and there were tons of deer. They'd come up to our windows, lol. I have good memories of living there but I was just a kid so I couldn't tell you specifics really.

I lived in ft. Collins for about 3 years. It was voted best place to live in u.s. about 5 years ago. Salaries aren't great.... it's a college town. But it is friendly, nice, attractive with LOTS to do.

The 3/bed 2/bath house really depends on what area you want to live in and what your living priorities are. Check Craigslist.
