I am not sure for Idaho, but WA it's 2 years.

6 months to a year depending on where you live.

In NY, it's 15 out of the most recent 22 months. Perhaps Idaho is similar?

Bump i would like to know also.

Also, what if the father has had contact with the mother, she has sent pictures, but the father hasnt paid a dime or made an effort to see his child even though the mother has asked him to and given him many chances to? The child is very young and not of telephone using age yet.
