Good lotion for really dry hands?

My hands have always been sensitive. Washing dishes and then obviously during the day after the bathroom or varies reasons, sucks. I recently had a duh moment and bought those long gloves for when I do dishes. (I have a dishwasher, but rarely use it. I would rather do them by hand) What is a good lotion to help? They are so dry and every now and then crack a tiny bit and get worse in the winter. I have been so through many lotions. Someone told me coconut oil? I dunno.

I think gold bond is one I have never tried. Isn't it a green or yellowish bottle?

This! My hands dry out really bad from washing them so much, this helps a ton!

You have to ask for it behind the counter - no script needed.  Some Walmarts have it on the shelves though.

Never heard of it. It's behind the counter and I just have to ask for it?
