Swedish Diet Plan - LCHF - is anyone on and if so, what are your thoughts?
I have been eating LCHF for about 3 months. I love the diet as it has been really easy to follow and I have had good results. But I would like to hear about other people's experiences, especially those who have been on the diet for an extended period of time. Just to clarify what I mean by good results - I lost about 10 pounds (all I wanted to lose), my blood pressure went down, energy level up, cholesterol way down. It just seems that conventional wisdom would dictate that the opposit should happen!
