I'm going with parent's fault because she let it get to the point that the diaper busted. That's a lot of damn piss.

When a child is napping, you do not normally wake them to change a diaper.

I'm going to have to agree with you. If it was full to burst then that's the parents' fault.

And the fact that it sat on his leg long enough to burn him. It would have to have been against his skin for some time to do that.

Poor kid. Def the parents fault for letting it go that long without changing it. It was probably soaked before the nap.

Idk if its the parents fault.some diapers bust from on pee. It happened to my daughter with luvs

Not really.

I mean my DD before I used.cloth had buggies and was in one for less then 20 minutes and the gel break.through the diaper.

They tear easily. And are shitty diapers to begin with.

You don't put your kid in a new diaper before nap? A diaper isn't going to get that full in two-three hours. Especially if he's sleeping.

It depends, did the parents put the child down for a nap with a dry diaper? If so, then it isn't the parents fault.
