I'm looking for a place in Colorado, doesn't really matter what city. I'm not fond of the snow or cold lol but I know that's pretty much what Colorado had to offer... I'm fine with that.
Anyways, I'm looking on Craigslist for houses and Pueblo seems to be the most affordable area...
Is it nice? What's the cost of living like?

Don't you have a job? I'd be moving where my job was.

I personally wouldn't live in Pueblo, I'm a yuppy from the burbs haha. I personally would recommend Fort Collins, Loveland, Broomfield or parker

I was told to avoid Pueblo. There's plenty of other affordable areas in CO.

i think there's A CO mommy group here on CM, you may wanna see if they will share some info w you.

I don't know where the sunbeams end and the starlights begin; it's all a mystery.

Why do you say that? I always look up the property to see who owns it and if it's through a real estate company or not.

I just wouldn't do a house. Too many risks and houses are too big of an expense.
