Our kids like to eat everything healthy because it is not a choice.

We like a smoothie with a few ice cubes, almond milk or lactaid (we are lactose intolerant), some berries that we froze this summer and I throw in a few spinach leaves when they aren't looking lol. And a spoonfull of chia seeds or flax seeds. Good luck

he will eat healthy but only 2-3 bites. he loves snap peas but I don't think he coukd survive on them.

Sunday's we go out w my husband for chores so we don't have time to do sit down meals.

does the flax make it gritty? he has sensory issues and cant eat gritty things.

I would have to strain the strawberries so he didnt gag and puke from the seeds.

If he truly eats healthy then maybe he is just a grazer. However what you described above does not sound healthy.

We go out on Sundays w my husband. we live an hr minimum from any store. im not going to drice an hr home, eat, then drive back to finish. sundays are a free day ti eat whatever.

today the menu is pb toast and milk which he hasnt touched
for lunch is grilled chicken slices with peas and fruit slices
dinner is going to be pork chops w potatoes if he will eat them (if not cottage cheese) and corn.

snacks are usually graham crackers or fruit.
