Lifting weights. Running. Drink plenty of water and eat enough calories...no junk.

cut back on what you eat. get off CM and get outside walking .

Cut out all white sugar, no dairy,drink a bunch of water, eat nothing but healthy foods.

Unfortunately, I had diarrhea for four days, that just about did the trick, but I don't recommend it.

Just eat as little as possible and drink loads of water, fruit shakes from the blender.

1. Stomach virus (got me through my plateau)
2. Extreme fat smash diet
3. Super clean eating, cardio, and weights (best choice)
