What's your best advice for losing 10 pounds quickly?

Really, how inspiring.  Congrats!! Did you ever cheat?

Yes I did. I had bread with my eggs couple of time in the morning. :-) I just LOVE egg sandwiches in the morning. 

I stopped eating after5-6pm, If I was hungry I ate green apples only. Smaller portions. No bread, toast, cakes, muffins, crackers and all these other staff. Drink lots of water and Vitamin B  with Biotin. Started to walk to pick up my DD from school, instate of tacking the car.

Cut back on sugar, drink lots of water and walk, walk and walk. I recently lost 30 lbs just by cutting out soda and replacing with water.

i've lost 12 lbs in 26 days and I have started running at least 4 days a week. I do weights 2 - 3 days a week. I went to fat2fitradio.com and calculated my bmr...so i try to stick around 1600 calories a day.   I cut out sugars as much as possible, started eating lower but still healthy fats, and i'm drinking a ton of water with lemon (15+ cups) a day... I also try and take a daily multi vitamin

Do you have a set meal plan?

I have a base meal plan that is 1200 calories, that I add to for specific needs, when I am training competitors or when I'm training to compete, I up my calorie to 1800.
