whats more imporant. keeping your fridge or pantry stocked?
in our home. especially during winter. we dont keep a whole lot of fresh produce. and most of it is counter stable that we do pick up. like squash, potato, bananas, apples. the rest is stuff you keep in your pantry such as rice, quinoa, dry beans, lentials, canned tuna and salmon etc. and frozen stuff like beef, chicken breast, and frozen veggies.
so basically what is in our fridge is butter. milk. maybe eggs. and the occational pop or juice.
I see all the time, make sure your fridge is stocked for cps. or only have processed food! if the fridge has minnimal things but a stocked pantry.
do you keep both stocked all the time or is one more important to keep stocked in your home?
