The Tulsa Police Department has issued an Amber Alert for a missing 1-year-old girl.
Katori Smith was last seen at 1:15 p.m. when she was taken by Charlie Wilson, 36, from a McDonald's parking lot at 15th and Peoria, police said.
The child has leukemia, police confirmed to News On 6.

Wilson is the ex-boyfriend of Smith's mother. He is not the biological father of the girl, according to TPD. The mother told police she met Wilson and the two got into an argument. He threatened her and then told her she'd never see her child again.
Smith is a mixed-race girl with dark hair and eyes. She was last seen wearing a baby blue shirt with brown sleeves, brown pants and black leopard-print shoes.
Wilson is an American Indian man and was last seen wearing a dark blue shirt with horizontal stripes, dark-blue jeans and a ball cap. He is described as having many tattoos.
Wilson was driving a 1990s model maroon Chevrolet Caprice with either an OU sticker on the back. A license plate number was not provided.
Anyone with information on suspect of the girl's whereabouts is asked to contact Tulsa police at 918-596-AMBR.
